What is the purity of your peptides?

All of the peptides we distribute (including IGF-1 LR3) are a minimum of 99.5% purity. Our peptides are custom made and therefore we are allowed to request the minimum purity of our batches, if the documentation indicates the minimum purity is not met, we will not accept the peptides.

Although we could obtain the products much cheaper at 95% or 98% purity, these low purities are really only designed to be used for in vitro (test tube) purposes where the purity is not so important. But we firmly believe human grade peptides should always be >99% and we will never compromise on this.

Our peptides are produced by one of the largest custom peptide synthesizers in Europe. They are very reputable, producing over 1 million different custom peptides each year for their customers worldwide.

Why do your peptides have so much volume, do they contain fillers?

The peptides we distribute undergo a process called lyophilizaton (freeze-drying) which allows them to remain stable during transportation and long-term storage. It is this manufacturing process which causes the products to take on a solid/fluffy appearance, but we guarantee that they remain 100% free from fillers and additives.

Since freeze-drying is a process involving expensive machinery affordable to only to large-scale peptide producers, you should be very wary of any supplier offering vials containing a grainy/powdery appearance (i.e. not freeze-dried). This indicates that they have not come from a reputable manufacturer, are most likely unsterile and that they are not suitable for transportation or long-term storage.

How can I tell the vials apart without labels?

The products sold on our website are all generic peptides; therefore they do not have any branding like typical commercial products. Instead of having the vials labelled, we identify them by the color of their lids. Each peptide has its own unique color, exactly as shown in the pictures on our website, so you can easily identify which peptide is which by visiting our homepage .

Rest assured that all products are 100% certified peptides with the same appearance - 3ml sterile pharmaceutical grade glass vials.

If you are worried about how to distinguish the vials after the colored plastic flip-top lids have been removed, we recommend either adding your own stickers/labels, writing on the glass in permanent marker or better still, placing the different products inside separate sealed plastic satchels, sandwich bags or containers and then labelling each one. This will give the added benefit of protecting the vials from cross-contamination with food items commonly found in household refrigerators.

Why is there a limit on the amount of syringes/water i can buy?

Unfortunately we are only able to supply a maximum of 10 x 5ml vials of water, 20 syringes and 20 sterile wipes as our order fulfilment partners do not have the storage space or packaging to meet the demand of customers ordering bulk injection supplies. Customers in all countries (except Norway) can purchase from our website enough water to mix 10 vials of peptides, and enough syringes and wipes for at least 3 weeks worth of injections, which is plenty to get started.

Are your products legal in my country?

All of the products sold on our website are legal for personal possession and use in the countries we distribute: United Kingdom, European Union, Australia, USA and Norway. This means if you live in any of the above countries/regions you are not breaking the law by purchasing the vials and storing them for later use.

Importation laws are irrelevant since your order is shipped and delivered safely via your local postal system and does not pass through customs. For more information please refer to our Shipping Page

Can I travel with your products?

To be 100% sure you would need to check with authorities in the countries you plan to travel, however based on feedback from our customers who have travelled with our products in the past we can give you the following general guidelines:

If you are travelling within the EU (European Union) you will be fine as there are no customs checks between member nations. The same applies if you are travelling within the borders of your own country.

If you decide to travel with your peptide vials and/or nasal spray to other countries where you will need to go through customs checks then chances are you will face no problems so long as you take only a small amount for personal use (the same way you can take medicines/vitamins with you on holiday for personal use without any problems).

If your luggage is inspected (which is not always the case at airports) then the most sensible thing to do would be explain that you use it for tanning, anti-aging etc. and hope that they allow it through since it is for personal use. If you did run into any issues with vials purchased from our website, they would show up negative on any/all drug tests, so you would not get into trouble, but the customs of that country may confiscate the vial/s.

We would recommend always traveling with unmixed vials/nasal spray kits if possible, as mixed peptides should not be kept unrefrigerated for too long as they may begin to degrade. You should also only take the bare minimum amount you need to get by and leave the rest in your refrigerator at home.

Payment

What payment methods/cards do you accept?

We currently accept only two methods of payment, one of which you will need to select on the checkout payment page to complete your order: 1) credit/debit card 2) bank wire transfer to our EU company account.

At present our payment processor only accepts Visa, Visa Electron, Visa Debit Cards and MasterCards. Unfortunately Amex, Diners, Switch and Solo cards are not accepted at this time.

Similarly, paypal does not allow the sale of peptides with their service, therefore we cannot accept payment by this method.

Can I pick up products in person from your warehouses?

Due to the nature of the products sold, we are unable to allow collection from our warehouses, western union, cheques, money orders, or cash on delivery payments. Our distribution partners in each region do not handle payments, only the shipping of orders. All payments must be made directly to our company by credit/debit card or bank wire transfer. Once payment is received your order will be shipped to you by one of our local order fulfilment partners, meaning your package does not need to pass through customs and will be delivered quickly and safely.

I do not have a credit/debit card, can I still order from your company?

Yes you can. For customers who don't have a credit/debit card, we offer bank wire payment as an alternative. You can see the details to make payment by selecting "bank transfer" at the checkout page. If your order is urgent, we would recommend purchasing a Visa or MasterCard gift or pre-paid card. These can be purchased in most countries for a small fee (about $5.00). They are essentially disposable credit cards which you can load with a cash amount such as $50, $100 etc. then once you have used up the funds on the card, you throw them away, or add more funds onto them and use again.

My order would not go through but my card has been charged?

If your card was declined but a charge is still showing on your card it is most likely a declined authorization attempted which will automatically fall off your statement in 2-3 business days depending on your bank's policy.

If the charge is still showing after a few days please Contact us with the following information so we can investigate:

  • Email address used to place the order.
  • Type of card (Visa or MasterCard).
  • Date of the transaction.
  • $ Amount of the transaction (in USD if that amount is showing, otherwise your local currency amount will do).
  • Why was I charged more than the price on your website?

    All payments made on our website are processed in real-time by the customer; we do not have the ability to manually charge your card or modify the amount charged. You will always be charged the exact US Dollar (USD) amount shown on your order confirmation invoice because as our bank only processes payments in USD. The prices shown in other currencies are provided for the convenience of our customers only so that you may see an approximation of the final amount your bank will charge to your card in your local currency.

    While the currency rates used on our website to calculate this approximate amount are updated every few hours to be as accurate as possible, the conversion shown by our website will never be 100% the same as the amount charged to your statement because your bank will usually add a 1-2% currency exchange fee and/or international transaction fee. Kindly understand that any additional charge above the USD amount displayed on your invoice is kept by your bank, we are not credited with any of these additional fees.

    What will my credit card statement show?

    Your credit card statement will only show a purchase from "Tan & Peptides Online".

    Delivery

    How much is shipping and how long will my order take to receive?

    Generally your order will ship within 24 hours of being placed, however shipping price and time will vary depending on your location. For all information regarding dispatch and delivery of your order please refer to our Shippingpage.

    I have not received a tracking number for my order?

    If you have an account, you can Login to check the status/tracking number of your order. If it does not appear then please allow another 24 hours for us to receive the tracking information from the shipping agent and email it to you.

    Will my order pass through customs?

    We only accept orders from customers in countries/regions where we have local distribution warehouses: United Kingdom, European Union, Australia, USA and Norway. If you live in any of these countries/regions then your order will be delivered by your local postal service and will not pass through customs, meaning delivery is guaranteed 100%.     Which countries do you ship to?

    At present we offer 100% guaranteed customs-free delivery to the following 31 countries:

    Will my order be shipped discreetly?

    Yes, your order will be packaged securely and discreetly. It will contain no reference to "Melanotan" or "Peptides" and therefore no one viewing the packaging from the outside will be able to tell the contents inside.

    Will my order be shipped with a cold pack?

    No, as due to the vials being freeze-dried, this is not required and adds no additional stability or benefit. We have been in business since 2007, shipping over 40,000 orders worldwide (to all types of climates and temperatures ranging as high as 45 degrees Celsius) and not one of these orders has been shipped with a cold pack, nor have we ever received the peptides cooled from the manufacturer.

    Website Ordering

    I do not want to create an account, can I still order from your shop?

    Yes, to checkout as a guest simply follow the normal purchase procedure but do not enter a password at the bottom to register an account.

    How do I know I can trust your website?

    Can I use a different billing and shipping address?

    Yes, we permit you to use a different billing and shipping name and address. However, even if the billing data must always match the address which is registered to the credit/debit card being used (i.e. the one which the issuing bank/institution has on file for the card owner). If it does not match, then your order may be cancelled and refunded when we conduct our fraud checking on procedures on your transaction.

    Do you offer discounts for bulk purchases?

    Yes, more most products the prices for larger quantities of vials incur a discount such as: 10 vials, 20 vials etc. If discounted prices exist for a product they can be seen by visiting our homepage and clicking on the images of the products you are interested in to see the product information page.

    Do you price match?
