Delivery Tracking
Within 24 hours of your order being shipped a tracking number will be added to your account's order history and also forwarded to you by e-mail.
Packaging
Your order will be packaged securely and discreetly. It will contain no reference to "Melanotan", "Europatan", or "Peptides" etc. The peptides we distribute are freeze-dried by the manufacturer, resulting in a final product which is more stable during transport and which can be stored for longer without degrading. The manufacturing laboratory certifies Melanotan II (and all other peptides) to retain full potency for 45 days at room temperature; therefore cold pack shipping is NOT required.
Returns
Due to the nature of the products sold, we cannot accept returns if you change your mind about the purchase. If the products you receive are proven to be damaged or ineffective on arrival we will gladly send you a replacement upon return of the original shipment.
Refunds
We offer 100% REFUND (or FREE re-send) if you do not receive your order for any reason.
The only instance where a refund is not guaranteed is if incorrect contact/shipping address details are provided at the time of ordering, so please always double check your delivery address.
