Delivery Tracking

As soon as we receive a tracking number for your order from the shipping agent we will email the information to you. If you created an account on our website (i.e. did not checkout as a guest) you will also be able to view the tracking information once it is available by logging into your account.

Packaging

Your order will be packaged securely and discreetly. It will contain no reference to "Melanotan", "Peptides" etc.

The peptides we distribute are freeze-dried by the manufacturer, resulting in a final product which is more stable during transport and which can be stored for longer without degrading. The manufacturing laboratory certifies all peptides to retain full potency for 60 days at room temperatures and higher; therefore cold pack shipping is not required.

Cancelling/Changing Orders

If your order instructions have already been passed to our shipping agent (which is usually within 24 hours of the order being placed) we cannot modify or cancel the order. Please double check all aspects of your order, especially your shipping address, before finalizing your purchase.

Returns/Refunds

Due to the nature of products sold we cannot re-sell peptides once they have left our storage facilities, therefore we do not accept returns and no refunds will be issued for change of mind.

If goods are damaged (broken) upon receipt, or items are missing from your order, you must contact us within two (2) business days of receiving your order to arrange a replacement shipment - after this time elapses products are assumed delivered in good order.

Since the correct storage and handling procedures of our products cannot be verified once received by the customer, we cannot accept responsibility for any “faulty” goods once they have been opened. Each batch of product is tested both in vitro and in vivo when it is received from the manufacturer and therefore verified to be of good quality at the time of shipping.

Delivery Guarantee

If your order is lost in transit by the postal service then we will ship another order to you free of charge, however according to postal guidelines, 21 days must first have elapsed from the shipping date for a package to be considered lost.

If you fail to collect your goods from the post office, or you provide us with the wrong address for delivery, then upon receiving the goods back we will re-ship them to you again free of charge. If we do not receive undeliverable orders back then unfortunately we cannot re-ship for free due to your error, but we will offer you a significant discount on your next order to help you recover the loss.

"Total Delivery Times" listed above for each region indicate when you can expect your goods from completing the order on our website until delivery occurs (i.e. inclusive of both dispatch time and shipping transit). Despite being accurate for >99% of orders, they are still not to be considered as delivery speed guarantees and a full 21 days must always be allowed by the customer to receive an order.
